You can use this any time you’re feeling stressed, anxious, frustrated, angry or whatever negative thought pattern you find yourself in.

This formula is incredibly powerful to help you manage your emotions, because as you probably know, your emotions follow your thoughts.
If you understand this and master this, you will be able to break free of fear and worry in an instant.
LEt me explain in more detail.
You may have heard me talk previously about the power of thought, as well as the benefits of meditation and mindfulness.
The key part of this formula is I AM THE THINKER OF MY THOUGHTS.
This level of thought is called consciousness. Being a Conscious Thinker gives you power over your thoughts.
You see YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS. YOU ARE THE THINKER OF YOUR THOUGHTS.
If you really know this, you will be able to recognise that in any moment, you can think a new and productive thought.
Anytime you are in fear, anxiety, stress, frustration, anger, as THE THINKER OF YOUR THOUGHTS, you can shift your attention and think more empowered thoughts.
